Dear Filmmakers, Researchers, and Enthusiasts,
We are pleased to welcome you to the 4th International Film Festival (IFF-2027), organized by the International Science Community Association in proud collaboration with Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, Bihar, India on 8th and 9th May 2027.
Under the focal theme "Life through Lens", the festival provides a platform for participants from diverse backgrounds to present their work across short films, documentaries, mobile videos, educational presentations, and musical videos. Selected conference manuscripts will also be considered for publication in our peer-reviewed journals.
